Reactor Coil

General Information

All Reactor coils are compatible with all Reactor Tanks, and are all sold in packs of 5. Each features organic cotton wick sheets, stainless steel housing, and offer high airflow.

Kanthal

This alloy is made up of a mixture of iron, chromium, and aluminum. It has a high resistance, and was designed to heat as electricity passes through, along with durability to stand repeated use. This coil was specifically created for stable resistance at varying temps.

Compatible Modes:

  • Variable Wattage
  • Bypass
  • Smart Mode
  • Kanthal coils can not be used in Temperature Control Modes

Resistance Levels:

0.25 ohm Dual Vertical 20-100w
0.50 ohm Dual Vertical 20-60w
0.50 ohm Clapton* 20-50w
1.50 ohm Single Vertical 20-70w

*The Kanthal Clapton coil is a tightly wrapped bottom turbine design made with Kanthal wire. It adds flavor due to the increased surface area, allowing more e-liquid to make contact with the coil. Clapton coils are designed to slow down the ramp up time which decreases dry hits and allows more e-liquid to be absorbed in the cotton before the coils get too hot.

Ni200

Ni200 is pure nickel. It has a high temperature coefficient, which means that when it gets hot, its resistance changes rapidly. This is only to be used in Temperature control mode because it predictably changes resistance with the change in temperature.

Compatible Modes:

  • TC [Ni]
  • TCR [M1, M2, M3]
  • Nickel coils must never be used be used in Variable Wattage, Smart, or Bypass modes.
  • Never use Nickel coils with 50w Reactor.

Resistance Level

0.15 ohm Dual Vertical 20-100w
0.25 ohm  Dual Vertical 20-80w

Stainless Steel

It comes in many alloy/grades; we use 316L. Stainless steel is also naturally low in resistance. It has almost no amp up time, which means as soon as you begin to vape, it fires right up.

Compatible Modes:

  • TC [SS]
  • TCR [M1, M2, M3]
  • Stainless Steel coils must never be used be used in Variable Wattage, Smart, or Bypass modes.
  • Never use Stainless Steel coils with 50w Reactor

Resistance Levels:

0.25 ohm Dual Vertical 20-60w
0.50 ohm Dual Vertical 20-50w
