My product "X" is not working, can you fix/replace it?

Halo offers a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee for all hardware items.  If you’re not completely satisfied, you can send the hardware back within 30 days for a partial refund.  Please note, this 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover any consumable items such as liquids, tanks, and coils.   Per our strict safety and sanitary guidelines, consumable items are non-returnable / non-refundable.

Halo also offers a 60-day Manufacturing Defect Warranty for all batteries.  Before any replacements can be sent, thorough troubleshooting will be attempted so as a first means of fixing the issue.   Troubleshooting helps us determine what the underlying issue is and helps prevent possible issues in the future.  If a product has a true manufacturing defect, it typically presents itself within the first few uses.

The charging equipment is covered for a 90-day Manufacturing Defect Warranty and the tanks are covered for 30-day Manufacturing Defect Warranty
